This seminar is for any manager or executive interested in leveraging diversity to help reach organizational and business goals. This program examines the key elements of managing diversity that make the biggest difference in getting tangible results in the marketplace – vision/innovation, communication skills and selection. Participants will leave with an action plan around those skills.
Larry Olmstead, former managing editor of the Miami Herald, served twice as diversity officer for Knight Ridder, which repeatedly won awards as among the Top 50 diversity companies in the U.S.
Registration fees cover continental breakfast, lunch and refreshments. Participants must cover their own hotel room charges and parking, if applicable.
Cancellation Policy
Payment of the full tuition is required to confirm a place in the seminar. Cancellation requests received more than four weeks prior to the seminar will result in a full refund, minus a $100 administrative fee. Cancellation requests received 14-28 days prior to the seminar will result in a refund of 50 percent of tuition. No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received less than two weeks before the seminar. If you are unable to attend, we urge you to find someone who can go in your place. There is no penalty for sending a replacement participant.
